How We Teach Safely

We train with made-up examples. No real records, case files or client details are used in class.
In-person classes
We teach in person at our centre or at your premises.
Free tools first
We teach mostly free tools, and we explain what paid tools offer.
Humans decide
AI helps you draft and analyse. You check the result and you make the decision.
What Every Learner Is Taught
- Do not enter passwords, ID numbers, bank details or client information into AI tools
- Check AI answers for mistakes before you use them
- Cite your sources and do not copy blindly
- Respect copyright, privacy and other people’s rights
- Use AI honestly: do not use it to mislead or impersonate
