About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the aintelix.in website and to the courses and training offered by A Intelix Private Limited. By using the website or enrolling in a course you agree to them.

Courses and batches

Course details on this website, such as duration, topics and timing, describe our programmes and may change. A batch starts when enough learners choose the same timing. Programmes marked “Planned” are being prepared and are not yet open for enrolment.

Fees and payment

We do not publish fees on this website because they depend on the course and on any current offer. We confirm the fee, any GST, and the payment and refund terms for your course in writing before you pay.

Certificates

Every course ends with a Certificate of Completion issued by A Intelix Private Limited. It is not a government or university certificate. Receiving a certificate depends on completing the course requirements.

No guarantee of results

We teach practical skills. We do not promise jobs, salaries, placements, business income or any other result. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Your responsibilities

Please attend regularly, respect the trainers and other learners, and use AI tools honestly and lawfully. Please do not enter passwords, ID numbers, bank details or any client or personal data into AI tools in class.

Our materials

The course notes, books, slides, videos and website content belong to A Intelix Private Limited. You may use them for your own learning. Please do not copy, sell or share them without our written permission.

Limits of our responsibility

AI tools are made by other companies and can make mistakes. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party tools. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
